Course Overview
This course will enable delegates to develop skills they need to muster during changing situations, enabling them to manage themselves and lead their teams and organizations through change. Delegates will be exposed to cultivating the ability to assess the need for change through determining why their team or organization needs change. Delegates will explore further on what should change and how should change be handled. Additionally, the political and complex process of introducing change, motivating others, dealing with resistance and the emotional elements of change will also be explored. Finally, delegates will be exposed to how to extend change over time and sustain it.

This course is designed for heads of units and departments, project team leaders, line managers and anyone with managerial or supervisory role within an organization.
