All participants are supposed to make arrangements for their accommodation. Courses are priced on a non-residential basis, enabling participants to choose accommodation to match their needs and budgets. The contact details of a list of hotels within walking distance of the training venue will be sent to delegates as part of their course booking package.

Participants should arrange transfer of course fee payment. All training course fees are payable prior to the start of the course as outlined in our terms and conditions. Delegates may be denied entry to the course until their fees are paid in full.

Visas may be required to enter the country in which you are attending a course. Upon full payment of course fees, GTCH will provide a letter to support visa applications. Please submit your visa application as early as possible to ensure it can be processed prior to the course’s commencement.

Following is a list of recommended documents that delegates can include as part of their visa applications:

Passport or travel document, valid for at least 6 months (the passport must have at least one clear page for the visa)
Two recent passport-sized color photographs with a white background
Correct application form fully completed in English
Visa support letter from GTCH
Letter from your sponsor (employer), confirming they are paying the training
Three to Six months bank statements
Evidence of social and economic ties in your country of residence
Evidence of accommodation in the training location

The dress code for our courses is smart casual wear. You are more than welcome to wear your regional or national dress, especially for the certificate presentation and course photographs.
