Course Overview
This course describes the ability to understand and monitor one’s own and others’ feelings and emotions, discriminate among them, and use this information to guide one’s own thinking and action. It looks at the softer skills that is needed to do one’s job effectively. Delegates will be endowed with the skills they need to appreciate their ability to recognize their own emotions and label them and act and respond appropriately in a given social circumstance.
