Course Overview
This course focuses on the complex pricing and regulatory policy issues affecting energy pricing. It explores the rate design, tariffs and regulatory topics related to utility infrastructure, energy efficiency and cost recovery, and the alternatives to traditional cost of service ratemaking and tariffs. Strategic management of electricity and gas distribution rate and tariffs will be looked at from various levels and angles.
